How do I enroll my child if he/she does not have a smartphone?

A

If your child does not have a smartphone, you can enroll your child from your family member's smartphone or computer.

It does not mean that the enrollment process must be done from the registrant's own device.

However, please register in the name of the user (child), not the device holder.
