One month before my membership was due, I received an email from my credit card company informing me that my membership fee would be deducted.

If you have selected credit card payment, "provisional sales processing" is performed one month before the membership expiration date.
The "provisional sales processing" is a state in which only the credit card limit is secured.

Depending on the credit card company you use, the amount may be shown on your debit e-mail or web statement.
However, "provisional sales processing" does not generate payment or billing, and no payment will be made if the transaction is stopped by the 20th of the membership month.
If you use a debit card or prepaid card, debit may occur at the time of provisional sales processing.

If you subsequently stop the auto-renewal, please be assured that no payment will be made and your money will be refunded after a certain period of time has elapsed.

Since debit and prepaid cards are not guaranteed to work, the details of refunds are not available at this fan club.
Please contact your credit card company.

If you have selected automatic credit card renewal, the payment will be made unless you stop the service by the 20th of the month in which your membership expires.
