paused recurring payment request cannot immediately be unpaused. If you
select credit card payment the next time you complete the carryover process,
recurring payments will be reenabled.
Once the account is under the recurring period, we will notify you by
e-mail and on your My Page. Recurring payments by credit card are disabled,
so you will have to enable recurring payments.
