How can I carry over my account?

First
log in and check the expiration date on your My Page.

If the account is eligible to carry over, we will notify you by e-mail and
on your My Page.



Carrying over an account

You can initiate the account carryover process within three months of the
expiration date of your account (including the month of expiration).

During these dates, you can tap the Carry Over Account button to initiate
the process.

(E.g., if your account expires on December 31, you can register to carry it
over in October. )

*If there is a field saying “Automatic carryover active” under the member
expiration date section, you do not need to go through any additional
steps.

*If your account is not currently eligible for the carryover period or if
it is already enabled for carryover, the Carryover button will not be
displayed.

- Account carryover

As with creating a new account, you can pay by credit card or at a
convenience store.

If you selected to pay by credit card and signed up for recurring payments
when you created your account, it will automatically carry over on the 20th
of the month of expiration for the account.

Credit card payments are made on the last day of the month of your member
expiration (if the last day falls on a weekend or holiday, on the day
prior).

expiration date section, you do not need to go through any additional
steps.



Saved credit card details

You can check the credit card you have on file from the Credit Card Details
section of your My Page.
