The member perks I received were defective. Can you exchange them for new ones?

will check the nature of the defects and contact you.

Please use your smartphone camera or other means to take a photograph of
the defects and attach it by e-mail.



E-mail attachments

- Ensure that the outer box, inner box, member ID card, and pin all appear
in the frame.

- Ensure that your member ID card number is visible.

- You are welcome to attach multiple images.
